(1) To organize the formulation and review of kindergarten development plans, semester education work plans for each class, and to check the implementation.
(2) Organize and lead the teaching observation, help to sum up experience and carry out discussion and exchange.
(3) Organize special research, summarize the results and enrich the theory of preschool education.
(4) To organize professional training and competitions for health care personnel to improve their professional skills.
(5) Hold regular parents'meetings of kindergartens to listen to their opinions and improve their work.
3. Grasp the political and ideological work of teachers and staff, organize their political, cultural and professional learning, carry out continuing education in a planned way, and improve their professional level and ideological level.
4. Overall responsible for the security of kindergartens, strict supervision of the implementation of the security system.
5. Health Care Management
(1) Organize the staff of the whole park to learn the knowledge of health care and continuously improve the awareness of health care and education of all staff.
(2) To inspect and assess the quality of care and health care according to the routine requirements of care and health care.
(3) Pay attention to infants'dietary hygiene and safety, hold special meetings regularly, urge health workers to formulate diets on time, and do a good job in nutrition accounting.
6. Financial and logistical management
(1) To be responsible for compiling the annual budget of the whole park and regularly inspecting the storage of property and materials and accounting accounts.
(2) Be responsible for the attendance check of the staff in the whole park.
(3) Lead, supervise and inspect the implementation of the work system of safety and hygiene in all posts.
(4) Do a good job in daily logistics work, adhere to the principle of thrift and diligence, arrange expenditure rationally, care about the welfare benefits of teachers and staff, and strive to improve the conditions for running a garden.
7. Personnel management
(1) To be responsible for and cooperate with personnel in the personnel allocation of kindergartens, the salary adjustment of teachers and staff, the evaluation and appointment of professional titles, and the assessment of technical grades.
(2) Annual statistics and year-end reports on personnel work throughout the year.
8. Organize regular meetings, study the work plan of the whole park, formulate rules and regulations, check and summarize work experience.
9. Lead the whole staff to establish brand awareness, improve the quality of school running and brand awareness.
